JAMB Releases 2024 Supplementary UTME Results

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the release of the results for the supplementary Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), which took place on Friday, June 21, and Saturday, June 22, 2024.
This supplementary exam was conducted for 28,835 candidates who could not be biometrically verified during the main 2024 UTME and thus were unable to take their exams. Additionally, candidates who were suspected of engaging in examination malpractices during the main UTME but were given a second chance also took part in this supplementary examination.
In a statement by Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, the Board highlighted the success of the exercise nationwide, noting that stringent security measures were implemented to prevent any examination malpractices. As a result, several individuals who attempted to impersonate genuine candidates were apprehended and handed over to law enforcement agencies for further investigation and prosecution.
JAMB reiterated its commitment to ensuring that no candidate benefits from fraudulent activities by employing state-of-the-art technology before, during, and after its examinations. Candidates are strongly advised to avoid any irregularities during their exams and not to seek score upgrades from fraudsters or tamper with their result sheets to generate fake higher scores.
To check their supplementary UTME results, candidates should send UTMERESULT to either 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number they used to generate their profile codes at the start of registration.
