The African Democratic Congress (ADC) says it has successfully uploaded the nomination particulars of its presidential and vice-presidential candidates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nomination portal.

The party said the candidates are former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, its presidential flag bearer, and former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi, its vice-presidential candidate.

The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Malam Bolaji Abdullahi, announced the development on his X account on Tuesday night, describing it as another significant milestone in the party’s preparations for the 2027 general election.

“We are pleased to announce the successful upload of the names and particulars of our presidential and vice-presidential candidates to the INEC nomination portal,” Abdullahi stated.

He said the development underscores the ADC’s commitment to offering Nigerians “a credible alternative anchored on competence, unity, and national renewal.”
